1. OUR COMMITMENT
We want every product to match the confirmed listing, color, quantity and quality standard agreed before shipment. If something is wrong, contact us quickly so we can review it fairly.
2. ELIGIBLE ISSUES
You may request a replacement, refund review or other resolution if the item is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from the confirmed listing, wrong color or wrong SKU, or does not match written specifications confirmed before shipment.
3. NON-ELIGIBLE ISSUES
Returns are normally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size expectations when dimensions were listed, normal screen color differences, normal wear after use, or items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
4. CLAIM WINDOW
Contact us within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For wholesale orders, include the affected quantity and representative photos of the issue.
5. HOW TO START A CLAIM
Email info@meqqi.com with your order reference, SKU, photos or video, issue description, affected quantity and packaging condition. Please do not ship items back before we confirm the return method.
6. RESOLUTION OPTIONS
Depending on the issue, stock and order terms, we may offer replacement, partial refund, full refund for confirmed serious issues, store credit, or another written solution agreed by both parties.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
If a physical return is required, we will provide the return address. For confirmed wrong or defective goods, reasonable return shipping responsibility will be handled according to the agreed order terms and payment platform rules.
8. REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
9. PAYMENT PLATFORM DISPUTES
